Tools utilized:SASSI-3 (Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Inventory - adult)– self administered screening used as part of our comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment process. SALCE Instrument (Substance Abuse Life Circumstance Evaluation) – 98 question adult substance abuse evaluation – available upon request. Currently being required for individuals who are being court ordered for DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) violations. JAVAA (Job and Vocational Attitude Assessment) – JAVAA content includes measures of attitudes, work relationships, recovery strategy, insight, emotional well-being, anger resolution and support systems. Utilized for evaluating your employee’s work readiness following a positive test for alcohol or other drugs, after an incident involving substances. |
